Save time and make money with QUICKFIXTURE'S Pneumatic Duplex Modular Vises. The "Self-Manifolding" feature allows any number of vises to be linked together side-by-side and operated with a single valve. Vises can be mounted directly to the table, on a tooling plate or pallet. The Pneumatic Duplex Modular Vise consists of a 6" x 20" x 2.5" base plate that utilizes the same Force Module and Jaw Blocks as our Modular Vise System. The Force Module is fixed on the base plate and the Jaw Block or a machineable block can be used to position your parts. The base is precision-machined 6061-T6 Aluminum, hard black anodized and teflon-impregnated. A series of teeth on a .250" pitch insures square and accurate placement of the moveable Jaw Blocks. The Pneumatic Vises are equipped with our patented "QUICKJAWS" to save time changing set-us. "QUICKJAWS" are available  in several sizes both in aluminum and hard black anodized.
